Meet Albert Muntane

Albert earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious University of Barcelona, ranked as one of Spain’s top universities. His commitment to excellence and passion for dentistry are evident in his dedication to patient care and continuous learning. Albert also holds a Master’s in Dental Implantology from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) and completed two Postgraduate Certificates in Restorative Dentistry under the esteemed Prof. Paul Tipton, President of the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry.

With a focus on providing comprehensive and personalised care, Albert has refined his skills across various specialties, particularly in Dental Implants and Restorative Dentistry. Today, he proudly serves the community at Superior Smiles while also contributing as a Senior Clinical Teacher at UCLan, where he collaborates on pioneering research projects in Dental Implantology alongside Dr. Fadi Barrak, a highly respected leader in the field.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Albert has a diverse background and a zest for life. Before dedicating himself to dentistry, he was a semi-professional football player—a career that honed his drive and commitment to team success. Today, he stays active by running, kite surfing, and, when time permits, indulging his love for reading. Albert is also Superior Smiles’ current reigning Lunch Table Uno Champion, bringing both skill and humour to the practice every day.

Albert is dedicated to helping his patients achieve beautiful, lasting results and continually seeks to expand his knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care.
