Meet Rachel

Rachel is the founder of Superior Smiles, a practice she created to bring her vision of outstanding, patient-focused dentistry to life. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with some of the UK’s top dental practices, building a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient care, which she brings to every aspect of Superior Smiles.

While Rachel doesn’t do the dentistry herself, she oversees and manages everything else, ensuring that every detail of the patient experience & the practice is seamless. From patient care and treatment coordination to practice management, marketing, and team development, she is deeply involved in making Superior Smiles the exceptional clinic it is today.

Rachel’s journey in dentistry began as a receptionist, and she has worked her way up through dedication and self-driven learning. Because of this, she is passionate about supporting the next generation of dental professionals, particularly apprentice dental nurses. She believes in mentorship, nurturing talent, and providing growth opportunities—the kind she often had to seek out for herself. She is committed to ensuring that her team receives the support, guidance, and encouragement they need to develop and thrive.

As a judge for the Private Dentistry Awards for the past three years, Rachel is also actively involved in recognising and celebrating excellence within the profession. Her dedication to high standards ensures that Superior Smiles continually delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Passionate about educating patients on the Superior Smiles difference, Rachel personally manages the practice’s social media channels, creating, filming, and editing engaging content to help patients feel informed and confident in their dental journey.

She is also committed to continuous learning, always seeking ways to enhance services and ensure a comfortable, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys going to the gym, playing padel, cooking, and spending time with friends and family, bringing the same warmth and dedication to her personal life as she does to her work.
