There is no more anxiously waiting for a dentist who is often running late in a noisy, crowded waiting room. Superior Smiles is quiet, relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Stephanie is so welcoming and kind as soon as you enter the building and answers any questions quickly and efficiently. It really is nothing like a regular dental practice. Rachel discusses the range of services they offer and treatment is discussed in full with your opinion at the forefront of any decisions made. Albert is extremely professional. He takes in to account each individual's anxieties whilst achieving top class results. I plucked up the courage to visit Superior Smiles after a recommendation. I am one of the generation where childhood visits to the dentist meant pain and discomfort and not much in the way of sympathy - as a result I am always very anxious when visiting the dentist. I needn’t have worried - the staff are very professional but also empathetic and supportive. The advice given is always clear and detailed and personal concerns taken into account. They are also very friendly! The ambiance of the practice is amazing - as is the Art Deco building! I no longer have any anxiety about putting myself and my ‘challenging’ dentition into their hands and am very happy with the service and treatment I have received to date. Highly recommended

I came across Superior Smiles while searching Internet for a competent dentist. After reading several positive reviews I have decided to contact Superior Smiles and ask if the specific treatment that I needed could be provided. Even though it was weekend, I have received a prompt response and I was offered a free, non obligatory consultation at the time and day most convenient for me and my family. On arrival we have met a lovely young lady who welcomed us warmly, she took few personal and medical details and explained what will happen during the consultation. I was very nervous at first but she reassured me that everything will be OK- and it was indeed. During the consultation we first met the treatment coordinator who listened carefully as I was talking about the problems with my teeth. She written down everything that I was saying, all my fears, issues and expectations and then she passed all this information onto the dentist, who later carried out an examination of my teeth. We were then provided with all possible treatment opinions and have been given a detailed plan and cost breakdown. I cannot thank enough for all the patience, support and advice given to me by the whole team, and I cannot recommend the Superior Smiles enough. Few weeks ago I've started my long term treatment but I can already see a big difference in my oral health and I'm full of hope for brighter and pain free future. No wonder they call themselves a Superior Smiles! Not only that they are very SUPERB with all the fantastic and professional care they provide but also they will welcome you with a big SMILE and such a friendly atmosphere that feels like home...

I have moved into the area and recently visited Superior Smiles. I was previously with an NHS dentist in another geographical area. What a pleasant surprise!

The ambience of the reception and surgery areas helped me to relax and Rachel took time to explain the options and cost for treatments available. I feel that the treatment costs offered were very reasonable. indeed, compared to similar NHS work I had been offered at previous NHS dentist.

I was also pleased to be able to choose dates and times for the course of treatment that suited me, in a timeframe that was convenient.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Stephanie in reception She was very warm and friendly in manner and empathetic about the fact that some of us are a little fearful of visits to the Dentist. It was nice to be offered a warm drink too.

Albert the Dentist as he also took a great deal of time to explain what was required and different options available to me. This definitely inspired confidence in the Dental Surgery as a whole.

Loved my appointment at Superior Smiles. (Who knew you’d say that about the dreaded dentist visit!) They are all so lovely and completely the opposite to a “Normal” dentist. Last year I contacted Superior Smiles for information regarding a smile makeover. I was quickly responded to and was soon nervously arriving for my free consultation.
From the second I walked through the door I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I had a discussion about what I wanted to achieve, followed by a full mouth assessment to ensure the treatment being recommended to me would be suitable and relevant for my final goals. I was then given a treatment plan which was explained in full detail. The team really like to hear your thoughts and feelings about what you want to achieve and go out of their way to get to know you too.
During my consultation I advised the team that I am a nervous patient and have often fainted during procedures in the past. They were not phased by this and advised me not to worry, they would do the best they can to make me feel at ease.
The service has been nothing but amazing at Superior Smiles, the whole team are so friendly and supportive and they definitely make me feel relaxed - I haven’t passed out once since staring my treatment plan! Superior Smiles have banished my dentist anxiety forever!

I found out about the new practice on social media and really liked the look and feel of their website. You simply have to visit to experience it for yourself. I recently went for teeth whitening and the place is amazing. Parking on site, stunning decor, a great atmosphere and an amazing team of knowledgeable staff. This is not a trip to the dentist as you know it!

Amazing practice, I had the most luxurious time here at Superior Smiles for the lead up to my wedding myself, husband to be & my 4 bridesmaids had our teeth whitened. The service was very professional and I would definitely recommend! A beautiful place to relax and have treatment.
